Returns
Purchases may be returned within 10 days of the date printed on the invoice. Items must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges).
 
Sales become final 10 days after the date printed on your invoice.
 
Please do not return items to us later than 10 days of the printed date on your invoice. (Items must be post marked within those then days or they will not be accepted and will be returned to sender). 
 
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
 
The full purchased price (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate)
 
Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If a gift card or certificate were use it will be returned as store credit.
 
Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.  You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
 
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, CODS are not accepted.  Please contact us at info@myblueisle.com for further information and/or questions.
 
My Blue Isle has sole discretion to refuse a return or exchange if not in accordance with our policies.

Making an Exchange
To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to the original form of payment.
 
We're sorry, but we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return nor can we "rush" an exchange.
 
If you prefer not to re-order, (with the understanding that requested items may no longer be available when your return is processed), exchanges may be made within 10 days of the date printed on the invoice. 
 
Returned item(s) for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be shipped out with replacement.
 
Availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
 
Re-shipping charges will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order in the case of exchanges. (We do not accept checks or money orders -- please do not send checks or money orders with your return.)

Clearance and Custom Items
The sale of Clearance and Custom Items (e.g. Monogrammed, Design Your Own, or Made to Specifications) are all final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
